If you are a denzien of that fantabulous city and are interested in laying the smackdown in the traditional KOF style on console, you should show your interest by posting a reply in the ON forums here.  If they get enough interest, they will stage KOF XIII events.  That means tournaments, ranbats, etc.  If they get zip, KOF XIII RIP in NYC.  You know what to do right?  Kick Punch Block?  CD Counter, HD activate and Max Cancel that down!!
