It’s simple: I like fatty tuna. I like chu-toro and o-toro. It’s very difficult (ie: expensive) to get this in London or Paris. It’s not even on the menu in London, while in Paris they seem to always not have it in “at the moment”.
Now that I live in Paris, I’m going to start touring the authentic restaurants and try out their sushi, while looking for one that doesn’t tell you it’s off the menu.
