In the Yakuza series, there is this street with a funky red sign, that Kiryu always finds himself walking through, time and time again. This is the entrance to Kamurocho, which is based on the real life Kabukicho. The sign is actually called the Ichibangai.

To get here, exit Shinjuku station and head north.
