   Why not, it wouldn’t be the first time it’s done in a figting game, it surely can be done here.
   For exemple in Kof XI, using Oswald’s 3A on wakeup or incoming was an unescapable unblockable into 70% meterless combo, this was judged unfair and got banned, didn’t create trouble in any tournaments.
   Now I guess you don’t really care about argument looking at your handle…

   You cannot ban individual moves. Just ban the fucking character and be done with it.

   Banning black hole might be a better idea, it would take away the most stupid part of the character and people that likes her can still play.
   She will still be very strong but not really much that the others top tiers.
