International Video Game Cup 2014 – First Announcement Palais des Festivals et des congrès de Cannes – February 28th to March 2nd 2014

The Event The Palais des Festivals et des congrès de Cannes is a place famous for a lot of reasons: movies, television, music, board games, but for a lot of us it’s just the place where we get to spend a few days with those friends we only get to see there. A place we’re all happy to come back to because we get to play with the best video game players on the planet under the sun of the croisette. The WorldGameCup filled a void when it was created in 2004, year after year it created a tradition that got players from the world over to gather around the same passion. The International Video Game Cup (IVGC) wants to continue to feed that beautiful idea, an event where the champions get to see who’s the best and their fans can enjoy the show at the venue or from the comfort of their own homes. The Official Games of the International Video Game Cup – The FGC Arena where old time fans happy will get to enjoy some of the best fighting games of this generation:

Each game will have a dedicated steward to help “top players” to come, in coordination with our sponsors and partners. The final phases of each tourney will be live streamed! —– Registration Our partner Gametoo.fr will open registration on Monday November 25 2013, you will then be able to register for the various tournaments before February 15 2014, the last registration day. ATTENTION: Registration won’t be available at the venue. —–

For the first time you’ll get to see top level competition with “out of this world” commentary!
