This is a notice to tell you that there will be another notice soon.  Don’t hate!  You may have noticed Amazon.co.uk has listed XIII available for pre-order, but if you remember what happened with Amazon.fr, those details cannot be confirmed.  RSG has not confirmed anything and have not put the game up for sale on their website.  European fans should wait for the official announcement from RSG. Also, there is no confirmation whether the xbox version will be region free.
