ON.Vicio has been working hard, not only on his combos but on growing the scene, putting in a lot of time, effort and money to bring Luis Cha and Khanibalito to Texas for a tournament. The combined joint effort from GameGuys Pasadena, Baton Rouge KOF and the TX KOF Crew brought a KoF XIII event that stacked up to (surpassed even) the major tournaments, with an Xbox One and guaranteed pot bonus of $1000.
