Basically the same Lobat, but in 98 didn't get much usage due to low comboability. Now it's much better (according to HK players).

Low B can link into +K. I think I saw low Bx2 into +K.
Low B into +C is another combo worth mentioning, since now +C 'brings' the opponent into the air for the first hit, so it's safer now.

+C seems to have increased priority.

Fireball has less lag and startup time now.

Close C, f+B, SDM Ryuuko Ranbu is now a valid combo.
Close C into HSKK is also connectable, I'm assuming it's A version HSKK DM.

So basically, much better than his old 98 version.

No, it seems like nobody mentioned about that move yet.

Apparently his f,b,f+K can juggle (I noticed that it also looks differently now when he does that final kick).

So there's some crazy Q.Max combos here...
f,b,f+K -> ABC -> f,b,f+K
Hop B -> Close C -> f,b,f+K -> ABC -> f,b,f+K -> far D/dp+C in corner

People are now trying to do f+B after f,b,f+K for additional fun.

You got the two Robert's mixed up (understandably confusing). EX Robert cannot do d.B into +K. Robert can though.

Actually, d.B does combo into +D at least. I'm not sure about +B, but it definately comboes into +D.

And yes, this is for Ex Lorbart. Not, normal.

Hmm I could have sworn I tested d.B into +D as well, if not, I stand corrected AE =)

EDIT: You're right it does work with D version only. d.B, +D connects.
