Tried him today. Nothing changed from what I see, except for Round Wave.
+P: Round Wave. I'm not sure what this is for. It looks like a mini-Power Geyser. Anyway, I never got it to hit anybody. Will add more if I have more findings.

Just like to clarify that Terry does Round Wave with his left hand (when he's at 1P side) so it's not the KOF 99+ Round Wave. Think his animations for the second hit of the Power Geyser SDM. It looks kinda like a mini-geyser too.
It's not very fast. I didn't get the chance to connect that move much because I got challenged (it's an arcade after all). But from what I tested, the move lasts longer than it seems, which means that as long as that mini-geyser is out, the opponent has a chance to get hit by it. And it's out pretty long.
Unless I've tested what TamaYak said I can only consider it a corner pressure move which isn't much. Hopefully it can connect off a Fire Kick juggle!

Well, tried almost any possible combination for Round Wave and it's really a move that's too slow, can't OTG, can't follow after Fier Kick...so basically it's like 2k2 Round Wave without being cancellable, and a bigger hitbox than it looks.
If you didn't know, Terry's Power Geyser are RB2 styled instead of KOF styled.

I think these ex versions of the realbout characters are still half assed. So much stuff from that series they could have used for Terry. They could have even used pre-existing animation to create new moves like that power dunk from a combo or ab forward c power charge.
I dont think it would have made ex terry overpowered in the iori krauser leagues.

Hmm, I've never seen anyone follow the Fire Kick with anything other than the Rising Tackle, so this is new to me. Besides, I tried following with aPenPen wrote:Actually you could follow with a jump attack in 98 too, but it's really hard.
I suppose they made it easier to do now.
