Two new moves! I'll cover them a bit later.

+P: Spit fierball, still the same as 98.

+P: His SRK, once the first hit connects, he'll bring the opponent into the air for more hits.

,f+P ->

+P: Nothing changed here.

+K: Seems unchanged.

+P: New move, running grab (think Yashiro's

+K). Comes out a little slow, cannot be comboed into. No invincibility.

+K x4: Basically his normal version's

+P move split into 4 parts. Blockable. Input timing is kinda delicate.

Supers basically unchanged it seems.
Low B ->

+A doesn't seem to connect to many stuff.

+A is one of them, another is his qcfx2+P/AC super. You can get one

+K which connects, but the rest won't connect.

His C throw (the one where he jumps with the opponent and kicks him/her away) still builds some stock in Advance mode.

Andy's new throw move has him running at them with a fist glowing with ki.

once it connects, he jumps on them, grabs their head, whacks on it with one arm, jumps back, clasps his hands, and they explode with flames.

+K> Max Cancel> stand C> Punch DM/Special move connects midscreen too.

I love his new

+P move. It complements the rest of his moves well, particularly when corner trapping with Hishoukens. Grabs people out of rolls and blows them back into the corner. The only problem is that if you're not precise with your motions, this move comes out when you try to do an uppercut.

d.B>

+A> qcfX2+P. The punch super still doesn't connect if you hit d.B from anything but point blank range. This pisses me off no end, since it means that Andy's supers still suck in general.

+B (whiff)>

+BX3 (hit) connects anywhere on screen.

I heard its possible to link f+B> Q.Max> d.B>

+A> Special outside the corner, but I haven't been able to do it.

o didn't know his new throw was from RBspecial because I never used andy in those games.

i saw that they bleed in rbspecial but in 98 um they blow up like they got hit from one of leona's bombs so i thought he planted a

ninja bomb on the head and detonates it from afar or something.
