360 version got a patch today. I played a little with a friend who lives close by and had a little lag. Hope that this clears it up.

I played a bit at my friend's house today when I gave him his copy, the game seems sounds, very very basic, but sound, and fun. I'll probably keep it. Or refund it, trade in shit I don't want, and buy it again.

Texting and voice chat capabilities can be conducted normally, however, among players with unrestricted chat capabilities.

My own info and opinions:
- Size=13MB
- Raiden glitch vs Elizabeth is gone. Chin and Joe infinites may or may not be gone (no one has confirmed it, I never performed them in the previous version so I can't test it).
- Online still sucked for me though I didn't manage to play anyone with better than yellow bars. there is a possibility that I played mostly unpatched people so I will try again tomorrow but I'm not optimistic. however, many people are saying they are having almost no lag now. very mixed reactions to the online play so far, some ppl say it's the same crap (me) others say it's amazingly improved
