The last page is interesting. It ranks the 3 strongest CC combos.
1st. 68% life CC combo with Ralf
2nd. 66% life CC combo with Shen
3rd. 65% life CC combo with Terry
and if I'm reading it right, Daimon has the WORST CC combo, a simple CC > super for 48%

If you look under those main 3, you will see a list of all 20 characters with inputs and a % damage for every character's "best" CC combo.

There's some errors on the translation for the CC combos so when I get back home I'll pull out my Arcadia magazine and correct them.

By all means - the scans up here are pretty blurry so I'm not too surprised I made mistakes, lol.
