AtTheGates : when we played kof 98 um, on the second match we had, o.yashiro freezed.

geese is in p1 corner, does wakeup deadly rave. o.yashiro does meaty head grab. o.yashiro got 1 hit, then froze until i hit him again.

The difficulty setting is definitely bugged. I tried setting it at 1 and 7, and the AI was equally daft. It could be the same in Neogeo Mode as well. I set the difficulty on level 8, and the AI wasn't pulling the kind of routines I normally see when playing on emu, at least not all the time. Either the difficulty is bugged, or they toned it down for the console version.
