I don't see much changes here with him except for his d,u+C, where the animation changes. And now if it's not in the corner, it can still bring you into the air for the rest of the move to hit.
So yeah, more annoyances for us non-Choi users.

b,f+P can now follow with

+K in the air. It works kinda like KOF 2k+

+P where he can do

+K afterwards.

From the Wiki:
-d.C > f.B > Q.MAX > d.C > Rush DM
-His weak attacks don't take off a lot (one d.C takes off more than three weak attacks hence the aforementioned combo is relatively damaging) but they're sure fast as hell and have great priority...
-d.B, d.A, Q.MAX > d.C > Rush DM
-(Still) can do: d.B, d.A, Far A > Rush DM
-Although mentioned before: d.B, d.A, charge.d~u+C is easy plus you can do it mid-screen...it's also his only non-DM combo.
-You can still do the 4 aerial pokes into the corner and finish with a charge.d~u+C or if the spacing is good, you can even do another set of four pokes via charge.d~u+K.
-f.A cancels cleanly into hcbx2+P (S)DM (although how you hit someone with it is beyond me)
-f.A > charge.b~f+B --> follow-ups
