he's based on his 98 build which has the slower

knockup recovery so he shouldn't be able to knock up with it. doubt snk did anything to him besides change around his normals.

simple but usefull tactics, do not abuse it or it wont work, 2+D(blocked)>214+B classic but usefull.
2D(blocked)>41236+C>236+C>QMAX>236236+P the 41236+C is overhead, it is a bit slow so dont over use it.
