+P bug is gone now (no more +C juggle into +B into +C).
+C has reduced priority.
I haven't tried hcfx2+K super yet. I read somewhere it became a counter but I'm not sure yet.

That worked in 98 too.
Also I think his f+A has two hits now, but only 1 of them will hit the opponent. At least on block, there's 2 separate hits.
hcfx2+K DM/SDM as a counter is true. And the timing is just like the way you did his super before.
His ground slap bug being gone notwithstanding, I still think he's still very scary good.

I didn't do with sC as you can use sB as well and I found that easier. Here is my vid of doing it.
Just have to do sB, , +C~hcb+C. It is difficult to do as oppose to kof XIII
