+P: Fierball. Didn't seem to change much here.
+P: Whatever she did in 98. Anyway, can link from weak attacks even though low B -> low A -> +A doesn't connect. It can now reflect fierballs. C version is slower.
Air +K: Still does that spin recovery thing after she throws a fierball out. Cannot do stuff like close C->f+B->qcf+K now.
+K: Bitchslap. Improved damage.

qcfx2+P: Nothing special here...
f,hcf+P: Here either...
,hcb+K: Nope.

Seems like she's basically unchanged from 98...and that's a bad thing.

Not like people used EX Yuri a lot

Though her barrier (forgot its name) deflecting projectiles is decent enough.

Ex Yuris jumping fireball will hit a grounded opponent.
Ex Yuris jumping fireball can be done in mid air like Luckys one(check please seen it in vids).
