One noteworthy change thus far.

hcb+K has changed to something akin to Takuma and EX Lobat's version of that forward flying kick thingy. It doesn't juggle.

I still need to test more, but at least the D version won't go over crouching opponents anymore.

Yup old school hien shippu kyaku is back.

speaking of which can he really do his Ryuuko Ranbu in the air like old times? I recall reading that in the preliminary news for UM thread but dunno if it's true.

Ummm what is Lightning Leg? hcb+K?

And how does low B -> low A -> low C -> Lightning Leg works? Low C probably wouldn't connect after the low A.

Played him a few times thru random (computer loves picking him for me).

Air qcf+P is OTG. since his Zanretsuken can't be recovery rolled from, you can do an air fierball afterwards. But it's kinda hard to connect, so I just do a vertical jump and immediate qcf+P afterwards (in the corner).

If hcb+K can connect into dp+P I'm having a really hard time to grasp the timing, because it doesn't work (both versions).

Whoa, you get EX characters on roulette now? Now that's interesting. Does that mean you get to fight the Orochi Team as well?

Yeah. Also offtopic but you can fight the Orochi NFT, then after beating them you get to fight Orochi himself.

Sorry for hijacking the thread again, but...

So that means Orochi is the 'true' final boss of the game instead of Rugal this time huh? What's the sequence like now? 6 normal teams, the boss team, then the Riot characters, the Orochi NFT then Goenitz and Orochi?

No, The bosses are random, depending on your capacity.

Shingo -> '96 Yagami/USA/Oyaji Team -> Omega Rugal
Kasumi/Eiji (?) -> Boss Team -> Goenitz
Kasumi/Eiji (?) or ROTB Iori/Leona -> Orochi NFT -> Orochi

I dunno if you also battle the following CPU Teams or not: EX Japan Team (Japan Team with EX Kyo), EX Fatal Fury Team, EX '97 Team, EX AOF Team, Classic Women Team, Classic AOF Team, Classic Ikari Team, '95 Yagami Team, or '96 Women Team?
