Here's a video showing something even further..I very much believe that ANYTIME +D IS USED IN A BLOCK STRING IT IS UNSAFE. Here are the most used setups/trick in high level match vids today for +D. Bottom line is it does not matter if it stats with Cr.C or cr.b,cr.a or Kara cancel CD, doesnt matter I can still punish you the same. You can pretty much take away Krausers +d altogether if you are keen enough to be on the lookout.
Next I am going to experiment with +b, and if I discover something I will let you know.

Here Krauser is not completely safe in anything! Even the block string of cr.b,cr.a to +b has A OPENING that can be interrupted..take a look for yourself.

I noticed some stupidness with Krauser's 'anti air' (hcf+a/c) a while ago, where it counters special moves which don't leave the ground.
Tested the top row of characters with my friend on saturday and his anti air works against these moves:
(sorry if the motions are not 100% correct, i sorta scribbled down the motions)
Kyo:
+A
+C
+B/D
+B/D
+B/D
Beni:
+B/D
+B/D
+B/D
Daimon:
N/A
Terry:
Every special move/super except power wave/geyser.
Joe:
Every special move/super except hurricane / hurricane super.
Andy:
+A/C
+B/D
qcfx2+A/C
,hcf+B/D
Ryo:
+B/D
+B/D
+A/C

,hcb+A/C
Robert:

(air) +B/D

Also Chin's +A/C gets countered by this also, was the first move i noticed this happened to.
It's pretty hilarious seeing it counter supers...
