... now I'm having strong reasons to buy a PS2. Imported games like Tenka will be worth it :3 (so yeah, fuck bootlegs).


No news about the exclusive chars for the console version?

Seems that Kuroko and Poppy are in among others, but I don't know who the others are.

From Kof Cyberfanatics.

7 new characters and 4 new variations of existing versions.

New characters include:
- Kuroko (The background referee)
- Poppy (Galford's Dog)
- Pakupaku (Cham Cham's monkey)
- Shikuru & Mamahaha (Nakoruru's Wolf and Bird)
- Champuru (Mina's whatever it is)

And 4 new versions include:
- Kim Ung Che (Gaira with hair)
- EX Galford (An evil Galford)
- Wanfu with his stone pillar
- Rimu with her old sprite

Plus, Three new spirits (systems) along with six spirits from the arcade version, Arranged Soundtracks, Gallery Mode and Survival mode.

LOL transformed Tam Tam is a extra char?

Take a look at Kuroko. He's still a damned beast o_O AND NOW SELECTABLE! BTW, I think I also saw an EX version of Nakoruru.

Holy crap, that's so many characters. Tenkaichikyakuden already had so many, and now this? Granted, they aren't too serious and they're almost all old sprites, but still...

However with that being said be glad that SNK is putting the finishing touch making this game the last 2d Sam Show.. Will it be broken ala MVC2? That is the question when we have 50 or some characters. Give this game time to be played to full and lets see how broken we can make it.

Still I'm sure someone can make a mugen with all the older versions of the characters 'Classic Nakoruru" vs. Ukyo 97' or something..HAHAHA, 8)

Broken? Nah, I don't think so. And if it is, I wouldn't really be worried, because it's just a console port.

Yeah true but the bad thing is that if it is really broken then the Capcom fans are gonna say "Just another broken SNK game" and that is gonna hurt our chances of making it an EVO GAME/highly competitive game.

As far as i know the arcade version is already well balanced or close enough, isn't that what really matters to the competitive crowd?

True however the main thing is that the majority of people are going to see it for the first time once it hits consoles if not then they wont even see the arcade port which is exclusive to Japan.
