Is there a confirmed Tier List for KOF '94?

The game felt kinda simple and balanced... I dont really know alot about '94 because i've only played it like 5 times ever (like 3 times in Single Player, and twice against another player).

I always thought Kensou could be a Top Tier because of his simplicity.

Are there any Combo Vids for '94 too? Since the game didn't keep track of Combos (or maybe it did, I dont remember), I pretty much doubt it.

Heidern might be top tier, hands down. :lame:
