Need a strat to beat a friend

Okay, this guy I know kicked my ass in KOF '99 today. I need a good strategy against him. The guys he used and the moves he abused were the following:
-Ralf:

-Shingo: k, k,

-Ryo: p, k, k, f, p, p
If anyone and give a good strategy to beat him, I'd appreciate it.
