Isnt Ash supposedly the worst offender??
I thought everyone hated him so......hows he in the dominant tier? :?

You are right in saying that Ash has bad offensive potential.
People hate him because he is boring. They don't hate him when they are winning while using him.
Anyway he just plays too easy. He can beat a lot of people by recycling 3 moves. (fireball, uppercut, back B) Throw in his 2 DMs at times and you get your hands full against him.
Beni would be dominant but he has rubbish supers.

^lol, i think duo lon is in a completely different league of his own. XD
Benimaru's supers arent that bad. His super lighting punch thing is really irritating.

Despite all this Duo Lon owns everyone for free. Plus HE HAS GENEI-JIN (SORTA) WTF?? Might as well make him a boss right?? LOL
2 infinites, insane teleport speed, safe blocked Bnb combo, Safe launchers, PLUS GENEI JIN..OMFG.. GAME OVER..PUT THE CONTROLLER DOWN.

I'd be more harsh about this since this is *supposed* to be a serious gameplay orientated topic, but since both 2k3 and this forum are relatively dead, I'll let it slide with a "Please remember that we moderate the KOF gameplay topics very closely, especially since many people look upon ON as a place for serious technical discussion".

because of his bnb + damage potential if applied correctly
simply: if u have 2 sotkcs (4 example) u can DM (the green ball...i forgot the name) the opponent if standing (if he´s very naive
) and u can continue running towards him while the ball is still hitting him and connect with his other DM. aboyt 40% of his life bar as simple as that
Besides, cr. B, cr. A, backwards+ B into qcfx2 + K is soooooo easy and unforgiving. (this is what Ash was all about, part of what made him top in 2k3)

havent played 2k3 for a veery long time. havent played xi as mucheither. thanks to my local arcade not having it.. sigh.
if i wer to update my old list, id put kim up higher. gato higher. ryo higher. maybe jhun.
