I've only hears that she was "good" in '98, but nothing concrete. The rest… no clue.

in 95, she's one of the few that can combo her special moves into her DM.
in 96, insane CD, along with insane teleport (qcf B)
in 97 introduces her command grab, which can be linked into even with stand C/D.
in 98, down D can be cancelled into fireball. Command grab can only be comboed from near stand B. Bug with unblockable fireball and 2nd strongest anti air DM of all time (02 was the strongest for AA)
99 she's erm shit. introduced a 2nd "type' of fireball that juggles.
00 similar to 99.
01 introuduction of her rambu DM, very stylish. Decent overall.
02 fireball and Dm and HSDM. 2nd fastest teleport. enough said.
03 one of the few chars that still had their CD annimation which could be comboed off down A x 2. a lot slower and DM sucks.
XI omg. SHIT. Cannot combo her grab, and grab priority is worst than Iori's @@. Super slow teleport
