He does not have f+a in this game!!!

Why is he better in 97 than 98 again? Both Version of his hcb+K look like they are safe. He has both da p and dp K for anti-air.

Pokes-

s.D, c.D, d.B and j.D are his best pokes.

His jump CD look ok but would j.D be better.

his standing cd is is f+A animation lol

Combos:

s.C, f+b, into and super but qcfx2 +K

j.D, s.C f+b, into any super but qcfx2 + k

s.C, hcf+K, f+b, dp+C/ dp+K/ j.CD

dp+k seems to whiff at certain rangers but dp+c is a sure bet to always hit.

Questions:

How to use his fireball??

what are the uses for qcb+K and is it safe?

Strats?

Robert was quite powerful indeed back in '97!

His hienshippukyaku hcb D was insanelly broken, safe, damaging comboable, abusable and hits crouching opponents.

Haoshokouken f hcf P DM was also quite powerful. Could hit jumping oppoenents or careless rollers.

He has good reach with standing D, same his dD and you could cancel into hcb D or qcf A, his ryuugekiken qcf P was also nice and stationary.

And his Ryokuranbu DM qcf hcb P was also a nice way to chip damage as it was still performed over you if you blocked.

All and all, Robbie-boy was powerful indeed and a tier hands down.

The hcb+D is stupidly safe. His fireball makes for a great meaty too, and beats a lot of things. Even if he's hit out of it, the fireball will stay on the screen for a second or so.
