Older KOF gameplay rules

Guess it's time to do some clean up to the mess.
Some lil' rules of how to post should be put in clear.
For in-depth character talk, we suggest you to use the KOF ?? - [name of the chara] standard and use each and every question regarding him/her there. Threads with stuff like "lol, how to make Vice infinte in corner?" can be placed in KOF 98 - Vice. Threads unsorted will be locked and/or deleted.
Also, all those threads are only for GAMEPLAY purposes. Fan stuff can be addressed in a fan talk thread that would be open if necessary.
Have fun and use this space wisely.
