If it's 99 Evolution (DC version port) like that site says, then you'll only be able to play as his second form.

They should rename it as KOF Evolution + bonus features (AKA 2k and 2k1).

Just a quickie, it seems they revamped some backgrounds at some point during the making of the pack, stages from '95 such as the Art of Fighting team seem to be available. Screen-shots can be found at http://www.cyberfanatix.com/index.php?m=single&id=821.

Eh... such feature isn't new. KOF2k for Dreamcast also had backgrounds from other SNK games... it even had Geese Tower from Fatal Fury 1.
KOF 2k1 featured similar shit, but KOF 2k1 is for leppers, so I guess no one would really give 2 shits about it
