well, you certainly got me curious. Unless that technology you speak of is something along the lines of: " we have no idea what we're doing, but we're gonna keep doing it anyway and hope it works".

It's pretty much just a gun with a donut on the barrel to draw fatties in - at 'feedin' range they're pretty hard to miss....
