Ah, I see. MKV is a weird format indeed (and is seemingly the trend for latest anime releases), but I'm glad that VLC player can be able to play it.

I'm on the final arc atm (Tsumihoroboshi-hen).

But the Meakashi-hen "answer" arc was just....

About MKV and MP4 files, download CCCP and use Zoom Player. I've never needed anything else.

VLC sucks for matroska. It can't play every kind of MKV or MP4 file and it screws up most soft-subs. Actually, lately it hasn't even been able to handle the new divx format for me, so I stopped using it altogether.
