umineko is becoming really hilarious because of seiyuu that i'm far too used to hear in certain roles. Namely Jessica whom i expect to grab a shovel and cackle maniacally ANY moment now, and the guy with glasses that talks with the EXACT same calm tone as Sougo, which pretty much makes anything he says sound like a joke.

I was thinking more of Mikiriya from Kara no Kyoukai when it comes to George.

Umineko's mystery becomes more and more complex. Those lovable face contortions are going up a notch every episode!

Isn't anyone follwing Tokyo Magnitude 8.0? I think this maybe one of the first series to deal with a natural crisis, and it's doing a good job so far.

Around Episodes 14-16, some Chinese guys appearing. Yes, these Chinese guys were not in the first FMA anime.

Yuki's spoiler should be right, yeah.

Just watched about all the released episodes for Phantom ~Requiem of the Phantom~. Fairly interesting series, lots of action, mystery and betrayals all abound. I think it had an OVA a few years back? Still though, I think this might be one of the overlooked ones this past spring season. Love the soundtrack a lot, too.

Kokia's songs are always win. Really it was just a matter of time before Bee Train got something from her.

In other news I am pleased with the amount of Karura in Utawarerumono OVA.

I love Strike Witches. The concept alone is something to marvel at. You take real WW2 ace pilots with heavy focus on Axis and turn them into teenage girls on airplane leggings fighting in an alternative universe WW2 against laser-spamming UFOs. No female wears pants or skirts, men are useless and nameless furniture, and everyone's at least bit gay. I would've watched it even if it was total crap and it wasn't. Can't wait for season 2.

i'm quite entertained by the latest FMA eps. Contrary to popular opinion i very much appreciate when
an author has the balls to kill a rather major character

Yeah, it's been going good so far. Episode 19 was one of the best episodes this season and was very well animated.
Alas, Lust, your sultry self shall be missed.
I have also finally got to finish Eureka 7 last week and that was fantastic as well. Probably will look into the movie soon.

uhhh well, that sure is something. Though i'm disappointed nevadash missed to mention that the lolis grow cat ears and tails when they use their airplanes pants as seen in the opening, it looks like it might be a rather important plot point!
