Someone pointed out that he is wearing an unused set from kof XIII

He's kinda the one button man with his heavy C, and his Ralf Kick gets really good in Max Mode. But I've issues with his hitboxes. His far heavy C whiffs a lot of crouching characters, and his down C hitbox still misses a lot of characters, even if his hands appear to touch the opponent on screen.
