Man.... it's been a month since me being back here and now I see that somebody's done a nice faq+movelist. That's so great!

Although I still have to wait until the end of the year to play NGBC again I'm already looking forward to it and it's nice to have a nice faq ready to (re)start with :D

Keep it up.

Some corrections for your Special Double Assault section, in particular for Yuki and Ai.

To do Yuki's Special Double Assault, you need to do Memory Card Slash A, B, and Start (in any order), not any Memory Card Slash. Then only can you summon Atomic Guy through QCF HCB AE. He can only last up to 5-6 seconds, until you cancel him, or do his Megaton Spark move.

Atomic Guy has a movelist! But a small one:

Atomic Punch
A or C

Atomic Sliding
B or D

Atomic Straight
(In the Air) A/B/C/D

Megaton Spark
ABC

Cancel
Bk, Bk (returns Yuki to normal)

All of Atomic Guy's attack moves are unblockable (including Megaton Spark). He's also invincible during this period. Regardless of whether Megaton Spark hits or not, he'll return to Yuki once it is performed.

For Ai's Special Double Assault, you missed out on saying that she needs to get off the Joy Joy Balloon first after Lightning Ball before she can do her Special Double Assault. ;)

Thanks for the corrections. You'll be seeing the changes in the next update, which should be before the new year. I'll be hitting the arcades quite a lot this week.

Hey Tel, I really looked three times but did you forget to list Ryo's hcf+K special move?

The actual command for the Hien Shippu Kyaku is db,f+K or hcb+K, so I left it at that. It's just that you can perform it as hcf+K as well. His old hcf+K overhead is now done with dp+K.

Graphical move list updated

Post by marco75 » Sun Jan 01, 2006 10:53

I have completed a major update to my Graphical Movelist. I have nearly caught up with Tel's version 0.3c.

It's still in Word format, I will create a PDF once it's more complete.

Thanks to Rogerkorn for his words of encouragement.

Download it at my homepage:

An updated version of the guide is up on GameFAQs. I'll be posting another update within this week as I had some extra contributions that didn't make it before this update.

Some random notes:

- SC-able moves that aren't mentioned yet:
- Terry's Power Charge (During 2nd hit of the (B) version)
- Tung's Gekihou (During any of the hits)
- Mr.Big's Ground Blaster (Even before it hits)
- Fuuma's Kiri Mai
- Genjuro's Touha Kouyouku Jin ((C) version, 1st hit)
- Shermie's Diamond Bust (During the run before the grab)
- Shiki's Tsuyubarai (Right when it hits)

- Iori's Kototsuki In still has a HCB motion. Doesn't work with QCB.
- When doing Taka ni tsukamaru for Nakoruru, the Elerush Kamui Rimse's motion changes; now it's QCB,QCB + A/B/C instead of the 2 HCBs for the ground version.

Keep up the good work, Tel. Appreciate your efforts for working on the FAQ.

More super cancellable moves not yet mentioned:

- Ai's Baseball Stars (A and C versions only) & Bushin Ken (Even before the teleport)
- Hanzo's Komorou no Subi (Not his Ninja Leg Larait)
- Chonshu's Tenji Ken (during any of the hits)
- Asura's Rojeref (even before it hits)
- Nakoruru's Annu Mutsube
- Neo-Dio's Muteki no Teppeki (right when he re-appears)
- Athena's Hamadrias Buster

That's about everyone missing minus Mizuchi and Mars People - whom I've tried several times to find an SC-able move for them, but without any success till now.

Thanks for the information BP, but there are a couple of stuff I'd like to be sure of first:

1. For AI, which version of the Bushin Ken is SCable?
2. For Hanzo, I'm assuming only the B/D versions are SCable into the Senkoujin. Is that right?
3. For the Rojeref and Big's Ground Blaster, do the moves launch when you SC them? Because for Robert his Ryu-Geki Ken will still launch when you SC it, and it's the only move I know of that's SCable when whiffed. I think that should be the case for Asura and Big as well, but I'm not sure.

I'd like to test it in detail myself, but I'm gonna be pretty busy for a couple of months, so I'll be lucky if I get to hit the arcades once a week.

Let's see.. answering those questions.
1- Both versions of AI's teleport are SCable, D version stops her from actually teleporting
2- Hanzo's Komorou no Subi is SCable in each of his incarnations (A B C and D)
3- Rojeref launches while Big's blue wave thingie does not.
Hope it helps.
