So, if normal Shermie is there? Will Orochi Shermie be there as well? So far, in all games Shermie has appeared (discluding KOF:Kyo) she has her Orochi form.

She's gotta have her Orochi form or something...

And, she still has that OMG pin move, right?

He probably means the SDM Shermie Flash (hcb, hcb+PP).
Also, IIRC there's no O.Shermie in Gals Fighters either. :B At any rate, there's no confirmation of an O.Shermie in this game yet, although it would be easy to add her as an alternate.

Or... add a in-game change into Orochi Mode, just like Chris HSDM in 2002.

But now that the game has been released, it's pretty much out of the question that this'd happen, right?

She has "some" of her O.Shermie move(s)... like that air qcb + K.

F+D = her 2k2 stand CD.
Can be juggled with qcf*2 B.

Her HCF*2 punch DM has a Dp kick follow-up which can be followed with a qcf kick. Loony.

Hey, has anybody put her story? I'm kinda curious about it...

My friend Nightlord translated it into spanish. I didn't want to engrish it (:D) because her story is meh.

All you need to know is, she beat the shit out of Lucky and stole his invitation for the BC tourney :(

I saw somewhere that back at KOF 97... for the NFT to enter the said tourney.. they have to beat the USA team to get in.

It's funny how both teams are related in a way.. hehe

Shermie is INSANE! Don't tell me what's good about her, tell me what's BAD! Because I found nothing..... Was able to get a 14win streak with her and Iori... She SEEMS too good.... Seriously tell me about her weakness because so far I can't find anything major disadvantegeous about Shermie in NGBC!

Shermie's the fighter that surprised me the most during the last two days of NGBC play.

I'd like to post her movelist and comment some stuff. Especially because I feel it contains some errors....

Command Moves

Shermie Stand __________ f + B
Extremely fast and nice move. Overhead. When chained from her standing B it is cancelable at any hit.

Baku New Suplex ________ f + C
When is this used best? Any MAJOR advanteges for this move?

Shermie Kick ____________ f + D
I didn't abuse it. Should I do it? Honestly I forgot about it.... Is it as good as in KoF (CD-Move in KoF)?

Specials

Shermie Spiral* ______________ (close) hcf + P
Shermie Clutch* _____________ dp + K
Shermie Whip* ______________ qcb + P
= Follow _____________________ qcb + P
* (Follow-Up for Moves above) Shermie Cute _____ qcf + K

Diamond Bust ________________ hcf + K
EXTREMELY fast in NGBC. Even fast as in KoF. Is it the case that it really combos (!) from c.B, f+B ????? This is crazy!

Axl Spin Kick _________________ qcb + K
A little worse than in KoF2k2. Still a good move. Espec. B version of it.

Kuuchuu Axl Spin Kick _________ (in air) qcb + K
Like O.Shermie's.... But is it any good?? It doesn't even have the spark at her feet.... Maybe can be used as Kyo's air RED kick?

Shermie Catch ________________ dp + P
= ??? ________________________ hcb + P
== Hold _____________________ P

Ok, here we talk about mystery No.1 in Shermie's arsenal. Can somebody please tell me something about this? Even the dp+P (which looks a little like O.Yashiros) is EXTREMELY hard to connect (misses all the time).
Any thoughts on this?

Supers

Super: Shermie Flash __________ (close) 2hcb + P
This didn't work at all..... What is the meaning of this? Wrong entry in the movelist? Isn't this supposed to be her old 2hcb+P super grab? I couldn't find this one....

Super: Shermie Carnival ________ (close) 2hcf + P
= ???* _______________________ dp + K
Ok, but isn't it inferior to her new super 2qcf+K? Damage-wise it's not good not even better than the 2qcf+K super.....

Super: (unknown movename) ___ 2qcf+K
This is the real deal..... Ok, damage could be better but hello?? You can spam s.B(2), f+B (2) xx 2qcf+K ALL DAY LONG! It is probably the easiest hit-confirmable ground super combo in the game! If it's true what Empyrian wrote about it to connect after a f+D juggle then it's even more insane.

Tactics / General Stuff

I said it often enough already but seriously Shermie's the biggest surprise of the past two days for me. She plays very easy, has a nice cross-up (like everyone else) and it's her j.C.
Her c.B is A LOT faster than before. And you can do B, f+B (when opp. blocks) c.B, f+B and continue pressure! It's just great.
Jump D is good as always, even her sweep is faster now.

I guess there's more stuff I noticed but that's all I can remember right now.
Maybe I'll add something later.

Anyway, did you guys notice, that NGBC is almost free of grapplers? Shermie and Cyber Woo are the only! Where I don't even know if you count Woo to the species of grapplers because I don't know him, just saw a little bit of stuff.

Corrected some mistakes.

the followup for her qcb A/C is just the second part of the kof version of that move, meaning she picks them up off the ground and throws them behind her

and the dp b/d followup belongs to the hcfX2 A/C super, not the hcbX2 A/C one.....she just does her air grab which you can followup with a qcf B/D afterwards

yeah, i guess im not the only one who thinks shermie's underrated.....

I had the same problem at first. Try rdp +K just when she flicks the opponent up. So if she throws the guy to the right do dp starting with the left.
