Cross-up help

How can you do the cross-up move? Could anybody help? It is hella easy when it comes to street fighter. But KoF is hella hard to do. I tried some of the characters, but the c.u.B is easier, I can connect like 3 out of 10. But if I tried the c.u.D, it is so damn hard that it seems impossible to do. Is there any tips on it?
