I have the game sitting on my desk right now. I'll report on how the port turned out once I get home.

Just popped my copy into the PS2.
One thing - the loading times are definitely a lot faster than the JP version, although I have no idea if they're faster than the arcade version. Also, the music no longer plays during loading for some reason.
Another funny thing I noticed is that the box proclaims analog support, but the game doesn't support analog (just like the PS2 version).
I've heard that the pre-Goodman cutscene has graphical glitches, but I haven't confirmed this for myself yet.
