I want her command grab, I want unblockable fireball glitch and I want an outfit that doesn't make fanboys go "pantsu kudasai!", but the chances of all that happening are next to zero.

I think she got back her command grab in XI, if what I remember from the beta reports is correct.

And her outfit is (after all these years) a sailor fuku.

There had been reports of her getting her grab back every year. :pppp
I also believe that the ultimate Athena was 98 not 2k2, but do remember to tell the VA to go easy on our ears.

Someone from the loc tests care to describe her new LDM with something other than "she turns into a phoneix and flies around?" I want to know how it actually works... Is there bad startup? Bad recovery? Does she fly up then down? Just straight across?

It somehow suprisingly similar to Millia's "Angelic Hair" (XD) minus the lag... (?) i mean Athena's LDM...

Are they really waging a silent war against GG or just some coincidence in ideas?

its in the official kof xi trailer.....it seems to be like a shinryuken like move where she sorta prays, then flies to the top of the screen while hitting them

I do really hope they can tune down Athena. She was the queen of cheapness and unbalance in previous KOF (specially 2002 and 98 ). However, the grab command's back, so I think she'll be overpowered once more! :mad: :kill:

Kensou in '99? Nerfed!? GEEZ NO!! He was very overpowered, specially with that easy=to=pul=off infinite combo in corner.

But oh well, forgot the 2003 Athena (sorry, I seldom play that game) :P
