Eh, that's hardly a new thing

KOF2000 harbour stage had you running from land onto water and the sound effect changed, IIRC.

Aw boo, you're right. In a way it's kinda sorta less detail than 2000 because the sound effect doesn't change as you step into the water..

But but, at the very least, most floors do have a unique running sound though, and that's new. It's not the same stock running sfx we had for the longest and instead it 's different one depending on the floor material. Kinda like how they used the same whistle noise for everyone up until...uh.. I forget when, but it was sometime after ... 2001? 2002? when that changed <<;

I honestly don't mean to go off on anyone. (Arrange Mode with 3D BGs, NGBC Characters, Training Mode).

Infact, the ONLY thing forced upon you with this purchase that you don't get in the Arcade game and you can't switch it off is the classic remixed music for certain characters. That's it.

Wow, didnt know ON had "elite spammer"s policing the place. If the mods want to take it down, by all means do so. It's their forum. But coming from someone like you, pfft.
