her Qcb punch moves are mainly used to cancel back into neutral stance.
Say Down D, Qcb A/C, that would make vanessa recover faster (rather than let the full annimation of the Down D play out).
Useful for pressuring an opponent. as you would recover about the same time (if not faster) as the opponent blocking it. Allowing you to do it again. Think Ramon's Qcb C (i think) move.
Another use is after you successfully connected a Qcf B, Fwd A, perform a Qcb A for almost instant recover, then you can Stand E/ jump E / Qcf x2 Punch DM or whaterver.
Not sure about this version,
but in previous versions, I think Qcb A, Fwd C could have been used for anti air, and then jump CD/E(xi) after that.
