    After answering the call, there’s only two things to do: identify the caller and then the topic<\/p>\r\n

    If they don’t recognise or aren\u2019t sure, they will answer with \u201cHello?<\/strong>\u201d or “Who’s calling?<\/strong>“So you respond with: \u00a0it’s me \/<\/strong>(your name) !<\/p>\r\n

    If the receiver is confused about who is calling they will confirm with: Hello, is that John?<\/strong><\/p>\r\n
