Shiranui Mai -> 不知火 舞
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Kanjis that compound the name -> 不 "(It's a negative Prefix) 知 "Wisdom" 火 "Flame" 舞 "Dance"
However an alternative interpretation of Shiranui [ 不知火 ] is "Dark Fire" (it's due to a story or legend about and unknown bright fire that dances over the ocean at night, I never read too much about it)

No : Sample 40
Notes : If you aren't into samurai movies or stuff like that you are probably not going to get the dramatism that Sanjou is meant to be, it's like saying "I'm here to fight" or "ready to go" in a cheezy style.

Kana : 不知火 舞! 参ります!
Meaning : "Shiranui Mai! Forward!"

Yoっ! Nippon Ichi〜!
Kana : よっ! 日本一〜!
Meaning : "Yo-! The best in Japan~!"
No : Sample 39
Notes : If the move whiffs, only Dialog 1 is heard. Also, there is a little pun over here, when the move connects Mai's write in katakana くの一 or "Kunoichi", meaning "Female ninja"; but when the fire explodes the katakana are merged together in the kanji 女 or "Onna", meaning "Woman", there are many ways that we can take this, but if we go for poetry or something we could argue that Mai puts on the move her pride as a Ninja and as a Woman, and as per characterization she has quite the large amount in those two accounts.
