If you’re wondering why Takuma’s stance looks so weird, listen to this: Takuma’s pose is allegedly inspired by Orochi Doppo, a character from the Grappler Baki anime/manga, who in turn is based on the real-life creator of Kyokushin karate, Sosai Masutatsu Oyama.
